It consisted of preparing a diagnosis of the internationalization conditions of the 60 participating SMEs, for business acceleration, with a view to their internationalization by proposing improvement actions and providing products and services suited to their needs. Based on the diagnoses, collective strategies/actions were implemented that allowed the alignment and leverage of the internationalization initiatives of the SMEs.
